STEIGERWALD FOREST HOUSES
THE WOODEN LODGES AT THE HEART OF THE MÜNCHSTEINACH ACTIVITY CENTRE
The 11 Steigerwald forest houses…
... surround the grounds in a semi-circular formation. At the centre of the semi-circle there are sanitary facilities and a community lodge with a kitchen and spacious lounge. Whilst at the activity centre, the members of your group will have a small “private home" to sleep in.
Sleeping in our Steigerwald forest houses
In each of the wooden houses you will find the following rooms:
- A room on the ground floor which sleeps 6 people and looks up into the room above
- A room on the upper floor which sleeps 2 people and looks down into the room below (These rooms are effectively connected to each other, but only the direct connection between the rooms is via the staircase).
- A spacious room on the upper floor with 4 single beds
- A lounge with space for up to 16 people on the ground floor
- Each of the Steigerwald forest houses has electrical plug sockets, is insulated and heated
